Guests may check in via Meet & Greet with the host or through a lock-box arrangement

Deposit Policy
From the booking date until 2 weeks before check-in: €0.00 deposit required

From 2 weeks before check-in: 100% deposit required

Cancellation Policy
From the booking date until 2 weeks before check-in: No cancellation charge

Within 2 weeks of check-in: 100% cancellation charge

All bookings are non-refundable once within the 2-week window before arrival

House Rules and Notices

No pets allowed
No parties or events permitted
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
No smoking inside the property
Guests must report any damages immediately
A general tidy-up is required before departure
Used towels should be left in the shower tray
